BOULDERING

Bouldering is a pretty awesome way to squeeze a bit of fitness into your week without realise that you’re working out! It’s a fun activity and a very social sport. Check out my first bouldering experience in the video below.

OTWAY NATIONAL PARK

There’s a lot of choice for beautiful nature walks in the Otway National Park. I filmed this video while enjoying a leisurely morning stroll along the Ironbark Gorge trail with my friend. After the walk we returned to Onda Food House in Airey’s Inlet for a deliciously healthy meal. This is a typical “fitness and health” event offered by ORGANIC FUSIONS.
